Art
is always
a personal statement
of the creator
of the work. As the artist
changes, so
many time
there is an evolution of their work.
I as well am beginning a change myself
that I hope will be both appealing to viewers
of my
work, as well as being a source of recognition
in
the
art world.
I
have
not been involved
in the art world since 1995. The reason is simple; a
life
changing event
occurred. My wife and I decided to
adopt a child which evolved into
two children. My role
became coach, tutor,
Boy Scout Leader,
and so on and so on. Somehow life did not allow me
the time to a paint, let
alone further any vestige of an art career.
So painting was put on hold.
Now,
finally life has clear the way
for
me again continue
on and I am grasping the
moment. Art marketing,
exhibitions, and groups
have
changed majorly since my
involvement.
So I now find myself
in a learning curve.
But I am very determined to reestablish my place in
art, and particularly in watercolors.
